• Image of CREEDENCE CLEARWATER REVIVAL

This poster celebrates the DEBUT of Creedence Clearwater Revival at the newly opened Fillmore East on 20 & 21 November 1968. They appeared on the bill with Deep Purple & the James Cotton Band. The group only stayed together for three years due to disagreements between John Fogerty and his brother Tom Fogerty. This in no way interfered with the long string of hits they produced during the time they were together.
